The person makes the word "ghetto" lose all meaning when they cover themselves with expensive jewels and drive around in fancy cars. They are known as: Stupid, Wannabee, Ghetto, spaghettios. Exposure to such Stuwghettios can result in bad rapping and an emabrrassment to the ghetto community.
