Spacto

The act of getting smoke (usually from cigarettes or marijuana cigarettes) in your eye(s) or nose which causes an intense, uncomfortable pain.

"Hey man you look like you're in an intense and uncomfortable pain."
"Yeah broski, I just got spacto'd."
