Snowabout 

It is like a roundabout but it is when the snow is piled in the center of an intersection to be hauled out by a dump truck when there is too much snow to just push. Typically found in the Midwest.

Sorry I am late, there were four Iowans at an intersection and we weren't sure how to navigate the snowabout.
