Snacirema 

A psychological condition, most commonly found in citizens of the United States and general marijuana enthusiasts, commonly referred to as the munchies. Snacirema urges the afflicted to seek out their favorite foods, oftentimes easy-to-eat snacks, in larger than normal quantities. Side-Effects of snacirema include abdominal discomfort, weight gain, constipation, insulin resistance, and other metabolic deficiencies.

Larry: "I've gained 12 pounds over the last month alone! What gives?"
Doctor: "It seems a case of snacirema has increased your appetite more than your body can handle."
Larry: "I should probably cut back on the oreos, then..."

Nacirema 

American spelled backwards. Papoose uses the word a whole bunch and it pretty much means studying certain aspects of the American people behavior and society. In the hood it's defined a bit differently. We basically use it to describe the american name.

The Nacirema dream is something all Americans strive for. The fast life. Easy money, fast cars ... tons of woman.

Snailemail 

email contact access with a person that does not have broadband internet. in which you cannot send them anything worthwhile watching and it may take them ages to respond to your email because their service is so painfully slow they dont bother using it much.

Sa-ka-re-MA-re-FA-re A word used to describe an involuntary action, event of mishap in an environment where using foul language could get you in trouble.

It's also a great word to scream out loud when you forgot something important.
