When one is “smoufed” you’ve been cheated of something in some way.

A Smouf is or being smoufed is nothing major.. you’ve been fooled, cheated, or bantered.

If someone owes you a little bit of money and they haven’t paid you back:

“Yoh you smouf… you still owe me for those Chips”

Or if someone cancels plans:

“Nah he smoufed us, he’s out partying instead.”
