Depicts those individuals who are drawn towards ghetto starred accomadation in order to prolong their miserable journey. May also depict a temporary domicile that is more like a homeless shelter than a hostel -slumpackers.
Be wary of that slumpacker. He is syphoning abandoned drinks off of other peoples tables.
