Having a grossly unpleasant nature. Disgusting, filthy, or cheap. Related to "sketchy," but with more nasty crusts and fluids.

Philip Seymour Hoffman always struck me as a really skidgy guy.

You know what's wrong with Las Vegas? It's skidgy.
