Shizzaw is an extended version of shizz, with a slightly altered meaning. It basically means awesome stuff.

shizawesome is a combination of the words shit and awesome, it would be used in a case when something is "the shit" and "awesome" all at once equaling to "shizawesome".
shizawesome is better then awesome.
