two meanings. In (very loose) medical terms it refers to anal warts, hence the word 'shit'. In slang it refers to an irritating bastard who needs a good kicking. The actual slang word is a play on the insult 'Dickwart'

A portmanteau of the English swear “shit” and “Squidward”, the name of a character on SpongeBob SquarePants. Typically interjected in situations of surprise or shock, however can also be used as an insult.

The shitfart separator is the muscle inside your colon, just above your bunghole, that is responsible for separating shits from farts.
