The employee who is usually asked/ told by management to fill in for coworkers who call in sick or are otherwise unavailable to work their originally assigned shift.

Employee 1: Damn man, I’m pulling double shifts twice this week because everybody else punked out.

Employee 2: Haha, looks like you’re the official shift bitch at this place!
