Verb. The act of getting extremely drunk, wasted, or sloshed. Term originally given to people who had a few too many. Which are all followed up by the process of destroying the party through multiple drunken slurs and finally passing out in an upstairs bedroom because they are too drunk to make it home.

OMG, did you see that girl at that party, she was totally shelby'd.

“Shelby’d” refers to one getting a plethora of calls/texts/check ins etc and hurried to finish a task for one person while neglecting everyone else. Would also include dropping everything to start a task for this specific person. Tasks from this person are generally tedious, complicated, ridiculous or overall frustrating.
