A ghetto church, first coined as a freudian slip when referring to a church sanctuary.

2. (n) A place one goes to, usually a latrine or toilet, to defecate, vomit, or get STIs standing in there.

shanktuary 

An isolated locale where either you do not hafta deal wif da straight sections of certain tools like drills or screwdrivers, or you can work with said implement-parts without interference from others.

If you have issues with mooching colleagues' always borrowing your hand-tools, it's wise to store them away in a workshop that can serve as a shanktuary for said precious devices.
