Combination of the words super or so and the word drunk. Happens when you get so drunk and begin slurring your words and attempt to say so drunk but sdrunk comes out.

"Hey girl how you feeling you've been drinking a lot tonight"

"Ya girl im sdrunk"

"Wow you must be"
