scrapping 

(verb) The act of collecting various discarded and unwanted scrap metals and taking such precious metals to a scrapyard for a small but helpful monetary reward. Scrapping is oftentimes very hard and dirty work for a relatively small payoff.
Johnny had been unemployed for a stretch now and was struggling to find any decent work. He had lately taken to the toil and trouble of scrapping so he could at least keep his cigarette habit and continue smoking.

schrabbing 

The act of trolling in a similar vein to writer/director Rob Schrab. It is often done by asking a redundant question in response to something which includes the answer to the question.
That guy is schrabbing. I can't tell if he's serious.

scraping wallpaper 

A term used as a replacement to "masturbation". Used to keep others in the dark.
Nancy: "So what did you do last night?"
Bob: "I was scraping wallpaper"
Nancy: "O yeah? Where?"
Bob: "In my room"

Shamping 

Camping where any inconvenience is rectified by driving to the nearest store and purchasing whatever will make yoy more comfortable.

In other words Sham-camping.
When we were shamping, we went to Walmart and bought an inflatable couch, plug in fridge and ate at the McDonalds.
