1. Being annoying
2. Doing something stupid
3. Withdrawing from social activities

A: "I think I'm out for tonight, I have some work I need to get done."
B: "Get your ass down here, I already ordered you a beer you Schmier."

A: "I fell asleep during the company meeting with my camera on earlier."
B: "You're such a Schmier."
