Scandogged

Saying one thing but doing the opposite,
Constantly lying about things,
Showing no loyalty to friends

Billy: You coming out tonight ?
Ryan: Yeah see you at 8 pm
Billy: where was you mate, We waited till 8:30 pm?
Ryan: Me Nan wouldn't let me out !
Billy: why you lying for ?
Brad: he's scandogged us!!

Billy: you got that money mate?
Ryan: yeah I'll bring it round
30 minutes later
Billy: Hi mate, can I have that money?
Ryan: sorry mate I forgot it
Goes and buys some stuff for themselves
Brad: Guranteed he's scandogged you

2. To search through for salvageable material: scavenged the garbage cans for food scraps.
3. To collect and remove refuse from: The streets are periodically scavenged.
