It is just like saying exactly but less formal. Sort of like one of those tuxedo shirts- dressy yet causal.

FOO: Hey, what do you want to eat tonight
BAR: buffalo wings
FOO: Oh, buffalo wings do sound good and we could also make a beverage run later
BAR: sactly!
