Rotnem 

The term Rotnem is really the word Mentor spelled backwards. Mentor is a city in Ohio near Cleveland. The definition of the word can mean a group of kids maybe 20 to 30 deep of all different races and social classes. That formulated what they called themselves " Rotnem City G's".
