Redicatard

A Redicitard is someone who is acting ridiculously retarded. The phrase is often uttered when an onlooker finds themselves at an utter loss, and spits out the phrase when they finall come to and are attempting to expound just how ridiculously retarded someone else is acting.

George was being a total Redicatard last night when he tried to started humping me while writing his essay.
