Someone who pretends to be a race that they aren't. It's usually so they can say slurs for Tumblr clout. Happens often in kinnie tumblr, AKA a bunch of 14 year olds who have never gone outside in their entire life.

If you can't sell your cosplay without adding raceface, then your costume is shit.
