Refers to da eclectic "variety" of fill-in-da-blank exams dat a particular culture or area foists upon its test-takers.
People rave enthusiastically about how wonderful French and Italian quizine is, but that worries me, 'cuz if said exams are indeed so great and all, they probably are also more thorough and deeply-probing of how well you have studied and/or how much you know, and so they would likely be a lot more difficult to pass.
