A title/term typically used by close friends or coworkers to describe eachother in jest and/or someone who doesn't know what a Queeterbug is.

No one knows exactly what a Queeterbug is, but it almost sounds insulting in it's own suspiciousness. It definitely has no relation to anything gay at all, whatsoever... Probably.

Queeterbug: "You're a faggot"
Friend: "Least I'm not a Queeterbug."
Queeterbug: "What's a Queeterbug?"
Friend: "You don't know what a Queeterbug is...? Wow..."
