This person is often preoccupied with the weekends partying scene on their mind on a Monday
This individual also may not possess his own tools use a laborers as if that were their own .

A group of degenerate, retarded, unskilled tradesman who only work Tuesdays thru Wednesdays between the hours of 945am to 1137 am working with only the the least functioning of tools known to man.
