Polident Tiara
The act of placing an elderly woman's dentures on top of her head whilst she performs fellatio upon you. If placed correctly, they resemble a crown, or tiara, hence the term.
Your grandmother was giving me a gummer the other day, and I wanted her to feel regal, so I gave her the old Polident Tiara. She looked like the Queen of England down there!
