an individual, usually a female, who feels the need to use the photo editing program Picnik to put effects and/or stupid clip art on their pictures that usually makes them look trashy rather than enhance the photo. Often the picnik whore will use a picture of them and a friend to show how popular they are. Peace signs and sticking out your lips like a retarded kid are compulsory. Often when text is put on the pictures, it's one of a few things:
-quote from a stupid song
-"bestiess <3333333"
-"THATS HOW WE ROLL <3333"
-"were such freakssss <333"
-any other thing an adolescent white girl would type.

A cheap version of photoshop that requires no photo-editing skills at all. Usually used by teenagers to add stupid filters to their images that makes them look cooler than they do in real life.

It has a variety of photo effects, which, if used correctly, can positively enhance an image. Many of the effects Picnik has are merely dumbed-down and less-refined versions of what you can do in Photoshop, but hey, there's a reason Picnik is free.
However, Picnik is often used by young teenage girls to apply bizarre color effects and to add stupid sayings in ugly fonts to pictures, that they then add to Facebook. For this reason, Picnik has an extremely bad reputation.
