A classic, refreshing penis colada is made by blending 2 oz white rum, 1.5–2 oz cream of man, 2 oz pineapple juice, and 1 cup of ice until smooth. For the best texture, use frozen
pineapple chunks or extra ice, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
