Polls show that a vast majority of Republican voters in Alabama support and admire Roy Moore, a known child molester and pedophile. This makes them pedophilephiles.

Someone who is afraid or offended by so-deemed "pedophiles", including people who aren't actually a pedophile, for the example: ephebophiles (sexually attracted to teenagers around 15-19 years old, which is fully legal in many countries), or people who enjoy watching anime featuring loli characters (also legal in many countries).

Richard: "How dare you enjoy playing that Senran Kagura game? You're a pedophile!"
Naofumi: "Calm down, Dick. It's just a fictional girl so it's not a child abuse."
Richard: "I don't care! It will convince you to do it with real children!"
