Implied Parenthesis

A term consistantly used by stubborn mathematically challenged morons who don't even know the order of operations.

Typically used as a defense when such people fail to answer a multi-part equation, and don't feel like admitting their mistake.

When a person uses this term they are basically saying that there should have been brackets surrounding certain parts of a math equation.
Person 1: What does "2 + 3 x 4" equal?

Person 2: 20!

Person 3: No it's 14, learn your order of operations.

Person 2: No! It's supposed to be read as "(2 + 3) x 4". Implied Parenthesis noob!

Person 3: If that were true then the entire order of operations would be untrue.

Person 2: IMPLIED PARENTHESIS!!!11!

laughing parenthesis

the wrinkles around your mouth for laughing and/or smiling so much, they kind of look like parenthesis around your mouth
That girl has some serious laughing parenthesis.

red parenthesis

The crescent shaped abrasions that form around a persons asshole from not wiping well enough or anal leakage.
Guy #1: Look at the way Larry keeps picking his seat over there. Guy #2: Yep...not only does he have stinky fingers I'll bet he has skid marks in his underpants too! Guy #1: The idiot probably has red parenthesis around his asshole and just needs a shower!

parentheses

Punctuation that some duh-weebs are starting to include in the spelling of the "words" they define.
Even if some other duh-weeb would bother to look up the definition of your personal name, do you really think he's going to include a parenthetical phrase when he's spelling it?

parentitis

Parentitis, Also called man child syndrome, is a disease of the brain which symptoms include:
-being a brony
-lack of maturity
-browsing on 4chan all the time
-getting butthurt over small things
-fapping off to anime porn

You can easily spot a person suffer from parentitis as they usually have a neckbeard, wearing a fedora, and they'll make a scene usually for attention or because mummy forgot to buy them something from the shops.

It is caused by over-parenting or massive sheltering, these are perpetrated by what one would call a helicopter parent. This is a terrible disease of the mind which usually common among people in their 20s and 30s, there has been no cure found for this disease.
Person #1: Dude, why did that guy near the shops wearing the massive fedora have that meltdown?
Person #2: Oh, he suffers from parentitis.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
