The REAL local word for Braddah is BLAHLA, not Palala. I guess the new generation changed it. I am a Kupuna & my Kupuna tole us wen we was keikiz, the Hawaiians had hard time saying brother so they used to say BLAHLA.
My kids (in their 30s) keep trying to tell me I dunno what I talking about.....I jus tell em, Read Pidgin to Da Max. Hahaha, wop yo jaws!!!!!!
