A commonly-used phrase applied to those who oppose Florida's Parental Rights in Education Act (H.B. 1557). This phrase describes the activists, corporations, pedophiles and their adjacents that are pushing for government employees (teachers) to speak to four-year-old children about adult topics relating to sex and gender identity in secret and without gaining parental consent.

Teacher: Shh! Now you must promise me that you won't tell your Mom and Pop about what we talk about. It must be kept as a secret between you and me. I've been thinking a lot about you and I want to talk to you about gender identity.
