Ninarika means 'misty' which means they're sort of clueless and last-minute workers but also hyper organised and neat freaks. So they're hyper organised procrastinators. It's endearing if you like them and incredibly infuriating otherwise. Most Ninarikas have never met another Ninarika in their life.
