Nimpph

A wierd creature has a face that is rather hard to see and tiny little legs, it looks like he has a sweater on but it's just his body. He doesn't have any arms as they are tied in front of him in an undoable knot. They can have many forms but there are two similarities between the different forms that never changes. The looks and the fact that they can only say "I'm a Nimpph"

Guy: who is that dude
Girl: probably some demented guy
Guy: yah probably
Guy 2: hey shame on you that's one of nature's rarest creatures, the Nimpph
