This is a Hokkien low brow slang word meaning "your dad", where the person saying it denotes himself as "your dad". Used in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan where the Hokkien dialect is spoken. 你爸 nim-peh in Hokkien, mandarin ni-ba.

A wierd creature has a face that is rather hard to see and tiny little legs, it looks like he has a sweater on but it's just his body. He doesn't have any arms as they are tied in front of him in an undoable knot. They can have many forms but there are two similarities between the different forms that never changes.
