A person which has been honoured by being called "Niblit" by the one and only God-like, Heaven-sent beast known to the common people and normies as Pulkit. A Niblit can be honoured for anything, Pulkit just has to think you are worthy.

Look at that Niblit, he is so lucky Pulkit honoured him for making noodles. I wish I could be honoured by Pulkit.
