A person of African dissent who is proficient in criminal violence(or other criminality that causes significant harm) which is also known colloquially as "fuck nigga shit".

Person A: You here about that negromite Tyrone? He just got 40 to life.

Person A: He killed like two people over an Instagram thotty.
