Neekim 

A phrase or statement which, by attempting to assert a truth, invalidates that very truth with the very terms contained therein. Similar to a paradox, except the contradiction of terms always results in the inverse of what the speaker is attempting to convey.

"I didn't stay up all night. I just couldn't sleep"
