A narcissist is an extremely conceited person, and and a person that is septic is full of toxic waste. A "narcisseptic" is a person that is completely into themselves, thinks of no one but themselves and they are completely full of shit.
He constantly lies to make himself look better. He's such a narcisseptic.

They tend to be interesting and gregarious when you first meet them, but eventually you realize that they only talk about themselves, only help others if it benefits them more, and so on. They have trouble holding a job due to problems working with authority figures. They have relationship problems for the obvious reasons, but believe it's all the other person's fault.
