Narcissistic asshole 

Someone who is so incredibly self absorbed that they are blinded by their general assholeness towards others. No one likes him but everyone is friends with him. All the ladies love him even though he is incapable of expressing emotion because well... he's an asshole. Only of the male gender.

Girl 1: Wow isn't Ben so beautiful

Girl 2: Ya until you realize he's a narcissistic asshole
