The quiet death of a law through selective non-enforcement. The law remains officially alive in legislation while institutions determine, through omission and unequal enforcement, whose reality the law actually governs.

Coined by Androbeet. Full definition: androbeet.github.io
The law still existed on every official website. It was quoted in speeches and printed in documents. Yet enforcement quietly disappeared whenever a powerful enough person was involved. The law had not been repealed. It had simply stopped functioning. That was nomocide.

The mauling, massacre, or murder of a name
Where you tell someone your name, and they unjustly and without your consent, remove it partially or fully. "Hi my name is Alexandra" where someone says "Hi Alex!". Or if someone was talking to Beyonce saying "yo wassup B!". Beyonce would then say, "yo don't commit nomicide!"

nemocide

1. Act of killing one's nemesis. Like genocide, but termed more specifically for killing your arch enemy.

2. Act of killing a nematode.
Lex Luther craves for the day when he will finally commit nemocide.

Vehicular Nomicide

1) The act of performing fellatio/cunnilingus in a car

2) The act of performing fellatio/cunnilingus on a person who is operating a moving vehicle.
You wouldn't believe how far it fit down her throat; on the way to the club last night; it was pure Vehicular Nomicide.

Justifiable Nomicide

When food looks/smells SO gotdamn good, you just have to eat it. (even if it belongs to someone else)
That pot of crackaroni and cheese Yoli left out was just beggin to be nommed. I had to eat it...totally a Justifiable Nomicide.
1. The word used to describe the act of homicide commited by domesticated pets, usually pampered/spoilt cats, who aren't fed on schedule

2. A fictional method of suicide in the lolcats universe where forgetful owners/humans forget to or don't feed a pet due to their attention being occupied by something meaningless or trivial.

The Pet in question, usually tempermental cat, murders their owner/s in a horrible, bloody and often VERY messy death.
A woman comes home to find the mutilated body of her teenage son on the living room floor, the look of terror on his face, blood splattered across his cloths, the walls, ceiling, floor & computer screen which displays the images of an M.M.O.R.P.G

Looking down at the floor, the cat can be seen looking at its handy work waging its tail in disproval of its former owners poor judgement, turning its head, the cat looks at the woman and meows in a short innocent sounding tone implying its innosence despite the obvious blood stains visible in its furr.

Surf Dracula Syndrome

A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.

For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
I watched "Smallville" on Netflix the other day. Dude, it was ten seasons of filler before he finally flew! Major Surf Dracula Syndrome!
