mindlessness meditation

A popular form of meditation that is a variation on mindfulness meditation which seeks to undo or diminish consciousness to decrease the possibility of feeling responsible for anything.
I have absolutely no idea why I did that, but recently I’ve been practicing mindlessness meditation; there may be a connection, but I really can’t say for sure.
