1) An event where you find yourself at a disadvantage because you are a man.

2) Being treated like you have done something wrong because "all men are scum"

3) Having your opinion devalued because "men don't understand"

4) Being picked for some menial job because you're a man.

Guy: Dude, they made me move all the boxes that UPS delivered because I'm the only guy in the office. I was all nasty the rest of the day.

Friend: The menalties will get you every time.

Melties

When someone breaks down in anger or rage and goes into a hypnotic trans of off-topic, schizophrenic rant about society as a whole and the election was fraud, even tho the main topic had nothing to do with that but their anger induced range flings them out of control until they either get tired or someone of authority stops them.

In other words is a durative to what we call a "melt down"

Guy 1: Yo this banana taste great
Guy 2: Yeah it does!
Guy 3: Well bananas ar poison to the brain...
Guy 1: uuhh who asked?
Guy 3: DON'T YOU GET IT SHEEP IT MADE YOU VOTE DEMOCRATE YOU ARE ALL SISSY CAUSE OF BANANAS etc.
Guy2: He's having his melties again
