mampy arms

One, usually a large female, who has developed flabbiness in the upper arm area, in extreme cases with cellulite. In lesser cases, an otherwise regularly-sized girl may suffer from mampy arms, and this can sometimes be a dissuading factor when judging a girl's overall attractiveness.
