What a leader shows when knowingly expressing a falsehood that's then disseminated by the mainstream media and the leaders underlings.

The president sure showed liedership when telling that whopper about Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Likership 

Used to describe the core group of people that 'like' your Facebook page. Just like a membership for a club, a likership describes the group of people that follow any given Facebook page described in quantitative terms often against comparable pages or businesses.

1. "Hey Jill, I must be doing something right, my likership just hit 100."

2. "We need to talk to our I.T. department about increasing our likership, our competition's Facebook page now has a larger likership than ours."

Back to leadership

To get back to the main topic. Usually used when people get sidetracked a lot and need to understand that the topic is important.

The phrase comes from "Stargate Atlantis" a Sci-Fi channel production where a character, Doctor Rodney McKay, is asked to record a message in front of a camera to his superiors and loved ones. In the first scene he starts talking about "Leadership" and in the beginning of every other scene he gets sidetracked and talks about his girlfriends or his cats. In the end of every scene he says that he need to get back to the main topic he started with. "Back to Leadership."

Boss: So where are we at with that new product?
Employee: Well sir, it's ready and I got to tell you my wife and I tested it, and she just loved it!
Boss: Oh did she?
Employee: She even told all her friends about it and they are all excited.
Boss: I see... but let us get back to Leadership Jack!

leadership boner 

noun: A raging boner that a University of Wisconsin - Green Bay student receives upon the membership within one of the many "leadership opportunities" on campus. The leadership boner can result from membership in NRHH, NACURH, GLACURH, RHAA, CAB, Community Council, etc. The degree to which a leader is involved is measured by this boner. The more fully torqued an individual is, the more excited/involved he or she is with leadership opportunities. Presence of the leadership boner indicates that the individual holding the boner is sexually frustrated due to the lack of a sexual partner, or "fuck buddy." Reason being, leadership tends to inhibit a sex life.

Fun Fact:
The size of the leadership boner is also directly related to the amount of state funding wasted on "leadership opportunities." With the increasing size of the boner comes more wasteful spending.

"Mitchell, I noticed that you are fully torqued!"

"Yes, Aaron, indeed I am. I was just nominated for NRHH, and I'm on my way to CAB! All this leadership lately has given me a very full leadership boner."

leadership 

A broad buzzword thrown around so much by every organization everywhere that it has essentially lost all meaning. (i.e. solution in the IT field.) It is normally used by organizations to weed out people who don't think they have 'it'. True leadership is actually an excercise in bullshitting. The amount of bullshit a person can spew back about what leadership truly is, is the best measure of leadership.

1. Job interviewer: Gentlemen, this job requires you to lead with huge amounts of leadership, do you believe you have the leadership necessary to lead this leading team of leaders?
Job seeker 1: What the fuck are you saying?
Job interviewer: Obviously you aren't a leader. Try working at wal-mart.
Job seeker 2: Well, I was born a leader, raised a leader, and will die a leader, and I will lead the way for this company. Now I will lead my mouth to your ..
Job interviewer: You're hired.

Leadership Safari Withdrawal 

Typically starts to occur the day after Safari. Crying and sleeping are common themes as well.

After their last Yay Safari, for the next week they started suffering from Leadership Safari withdrawal nonstop.
