Lawbringer 

A large muscular man wearing chain mail, kevlar, and plate armor all while wielding a Two-Handed Poleaxe. Referred to by most as God or Lawdaddy as his presence is enough to kill some of the strongest warriors in a battle. An expert in armed melee combat and can kill you almost instantaneously if you so much as run out of breath or attempt to attack him. Usually sent hate mail by angry villainous lawbreakers when punished.
Person: “I am going to go and stand in this area to regain some health and recover from my battle.”
Lawbringer: “Such heresy will not be tolerated. You violated article 3 of the law and will pay with your life!”
