Lacombe Opener
The Lacombe Opener is a slang term for a specific sexual technique involving the simultaneous manual stimulation of a partner's vagina and anus. It is traditionally performed as an intimate "19th hole" routine following a round of golf.
The act is defined by a specific finger configuration colloquially described by the phrase, "one in the pink, two in the stink."
To position the hand correctly for the technique, the fingers are arranged as follows:
