Kligger

A Kligger is someone who comes off as retarded for a number of years, then magically returns to normalcy when everyone least expects it. A wolf in tards clothing.

Many Kliggers will act and eat like a retard. But once their opportunity arises, they will strike out using their brain power and subdue the average joe.

I swore that girl was a genuine retarded person.. but when i took English Lit. with her, she destroyed me. She turned out to be a Kligger

Kriggy

That person who is super loud at night in the hotel hallway. Wether they are stomping, or just talking on their phone really loud, its really annoying when people are trying to sleep.

Its 12:30 at night in your basic hotel.

Kriggy: STOM STOMP STOMP. TALK ON PHONE, TROUBLE OPENING DOOR, DROP BAGS, BOUNCING OFF WALLS DUE TO DRUNKENESS.

The next morning....

Kiggy (noun) ; to be the kindest, funniest, most loving and talented person around. If your a kiggy then you don’t hesitate to hug someone if you can tell their down.
