A Kaffu is a straight up bad ass bitch who refuses to cry and has severe bowel issues (because the hot girls have stomach problems). They also respond when you call them by "Pooh" and they can be found weebing in the wild. They have an obsession for anime tiddies.

A Kaffu is how you define a bad ass who will fuck you up in a fight but will experience severe bowel issues since hot girls have stomach problems.
