An opinionated but misinformed person who erroneously seeks to solve complex problems with overly simplified ‘silver bullet’ answers.

Someone who “flys in” to a complex problem by saying “just do this” and then “flys out” of it without any regard for detail, execution, or practical constraints.

Here comes another justiflyer who thinks we can solve climate change by having everyone ride a bicycle.
