Joppa can be used 2 different ways... but can mean anything as long as its derogatory.
either as an insult towards someone who is being a tool or douche
or if an object or situation is crap or rubbish.

Used to be a nice place to live, until 20 years ago. In the last year it has become infested with light bulbs, flash lights and meth mites. And everyone in the development gets together on #snitchsaturdays to sign statements.

A phrase yelled generally when drinking. Has no meaning but pisses people of when yelled unexpectedly, especially when yelled above them while they are asleep.

Joppa is for sure one of the best people to meet. She will be shy at first but once you get to know her she can be the best person ever. She usually has one very good best friend (leah) and will come at you if you do something wrong. She has a very bright personality and loves to have lots of fun.
