When you focus so intently on a game of Jenga that you get a boner and knock over the table and also lose the game by knocking the entire stack of Jenga pieces onto the floor.

The term "Jenga" was later used when something vaguely sexual was mentioned, or when a hot piece of ass walked by.

Ex 1) v. Simultaneous oral sex with multiple partners. Groups arrange themselves in positions that sexually satisfy and arouse each participant. Each person will adjust themselves so that their mouth is near another's genitals, performing oral sex.
